Weekly terms are based normally on a Saturday to Saturday week.

The apartment is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Short breaks may be accepted if there is late availability.

Bed linen is included, but towels are not included.

Towels are available for hire @ £2.50 per set

(1 bath towel + 1 hand towel).

Payment options:

(1) Cheque, which must be drawn on a UK Bank, and made payable to Paul Williamson.

(not suitable within 2 weeks of arrival)

(2) Bank transfer by BACS.

For overseas clients, payment should be by bank transfer (all bank charges for that transfer, including any receiving fee, are payable by the client).
